FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Why is my download stalled/getting poor speeds?

▶ First make sure the torrent has active seeders, since without seeders your download will not start.

▶ For torrents without active seeders, you may request for a re-seed or post a request for a new upload with bounty.

▶ In the torrent page, look for connectable percentage bar. If there are no connectable peers available, you can request for one in the forum or get yourself a public(real) IP from your ISP(Internet service provider).

▶ If all downloads are getting stalled despite having seeders, your tracker may not be working. Please check this for further info.

▶ The connected seeder may not have BDIX, limiting your download to regular package speed. However, if you are getting regular package speed in highly seeded torrents, your ISP may have limited your BDIX speed or may not provide additional BDIX bandwidth. Please contact them regarding that matter.

▶ If you have a Public(Real) IP connection, wait at least 15 mins for shared IP peers to connect with you. Also make sure your NAT status is green. If it's not then there might be some issue with your UPnP/Firewall/Port-forwarding configuration.
